lovin life, livin free

My name is Maria and I'm 19. From Ohio. I have begun to travel the world and have been to 4 continents, with the intention of seeing the rest. I met the most amazing man in Australia, and we are going the distance. :) Im vegetarian. I love everything that is different, interesting, and exotic. the goal: world peace. The reality: whatever you perceive it to be. Let's try harder, hey? Peace, Love, (good)Nature.

long story short:
the very first afternoon i had lunch by the ocean with my boyfriend we were sitting right on the east coast of australia and we saw a lone black swan. it swam right past us only about 10 feet away. less than 3 days later we saw a report on the news where a man was caught on tape running a black swan over on a jet ski and was to be heard in trial about slaughter of endangered species, in the very same part of brisbane where we were living! we believe the swan we saw was looking for its mate, never to be found. once a swan finds its mate it will never mate again, when i searched the significance of a sighting of a black swan it meant eternal love. we took it as a sign.

Photographers always talk about perspective. It doesn’t get more perspective than this: first ever photo of the Earth and the Moon in the same frame, 1977. Taken by Voyager 1.

Fresh and vitamins all the way!
Carrot sticks, green celery, strawberries, apple, black currants and almonds - is there any color missing?
We love it and recommend it as an afternoon snack. You can even add some yoghurt or cream cheese to it, the taste amazing!
